DAY1: ARRIVAL

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, you will be met by your driver and transferred to the hotel for dinner and overnight. Settle into your accommodation, ready to start your safari proper in the morning.

DAY2: ARUSHA  

Depart for the Lark Plains, Birding the Lark Plain, and BirdWalks in the Maasai Land collecting through all the Endemic Larks and AcaciaBirds. Masaai Steppes that is full of a bunch of special dry country birds, after several birding stops, we will check-in at the hotel near Same Village for dinner and overnight

DAY3: SAME VILLAGE TO MKOMAZI NATIONAL PARK

In the morning, drive to Mkomazi National Park Birding around the South Pare Mountains’ driest country bushes, and then have the rest of the day in Mkomazi National Park. Lunches locally, Just Birding and Bird Photography, and a few Mammals may be seen. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY4: MKOMAZI NATIONAL PARK TO USAMBARA MOUNTAINS

In the morning will be driving to the high elevation of the South Park Mountains for the South Pare White-eye endemic and mid-afternoon drive to the West Usambara Mountains. Just birding the endemics and Bird Photography. Dinner and overnight at the hotel

DAY 5: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, we will set off on a full-day game drive in the wilderness following the Great Migration trails. Our experienced driver tour guide will provide you with interesting facts about this highly renowned event, which makes Tanzania the top safari destination in Africa.
Serengeti, a UNESCO world heritage site, is home to around 200,000 zebras, and300,000 Thomson’s gazelle, which join in the wildebeest’s trek for fresh grazing. Listen to the exotic sounds of over six million hooves pounding the open plains. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY5: USAMBARA MOUNTAINS  

This morning we will check out of the West Usambaras to the East Usambaras as we get closer to the East Coast. Birding stops on the way and arriving in time for local birding around the East Usambara Lower forest before getting high into the Amani Nature reserve Dinner and overnight at the hotel

DAY6: AMANI NATURE RESERVE

After breakfast, hunting for the Amani Nature Forest – East Usambara Specials and coastal endemics, mostly Birding the endemics and Bird Photography. Dinner and overnight at the hotel

DAY7: AMANI NATURE RESERVE TO MIKUMI NATIONAL PARK

Long Day Drive, connecting the North East to theSouth, a few Bird stops but mostly driving on a busy Highway. Evening wearrived at Mikumi national park. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

DAY8: MIKUMI NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast and Mid Morning birds walk in the Miombo woodlands, Birding for Miombo Specials. Afternoon Check out and drive inside Mikumi national park. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 9: MIKUMI NATIONAL PARK

Wake up to a hot breakfast, and head off to explore the park’s vegetation including swamps, forests/ woodland, savanna, and Mkata Chamgore. apart from the bird species, you will also be able to encounter monitor lizards and pythons around the pool. We will continue with birding, big game viewing, and Photography in Mikumi National Park. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY10: MIKUMI NATIONAL PARK TO UDZUNGWA

Depart Mikumi and Drive South words into Udzungwas andKilombero Flood Plains. Afternoon Birding for the Kilombero Flood plainsendemics and Kilombero Valley Endemics. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY11: UDZUNGWA

After breakfast we will herd to Udzungwa mountains which It’s a great place of relaxing and catching cold fresh breath after a long African trip in overcrowded national parks Birding is excellently done in Kilombero flood plains where there are more bird species of both wetlands and forests bird species. Birding on Foot / Hiking will be at the East Udzungwa forest for forest Birds and endemic Primates. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

DAY12: UDZUNGWA TO RUAHA NATIONAL PARK

Long Day drive, Connecting the Udzungwas to the GreatRuaha National Park. Driving Past Mikumi and Iringa Towns into Ruaha, long transit Day, possible bird stops, and Game as we transverse through the Park. In the late afternoon, we arrived at Ruaha National Park. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY13: RUAHA NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast birding, game viewing, and Photography in Ruaha National Park. Ruaha national park boosts for the high population of bird species in Tanzania with over 571 bird species recorded. The park is also hosting some immigrants from Africa and outside Africa. The most sited birds are: Secretary bird, Ruaha red-billed hornbill, lovebirds, superb starlings, Crested Barbet, pale-billed hornbill, turaco, Racket roller, plover, Bee-eaters, Egret, Green-wood Hoopes, Kingfishers, Violet-crested turaco, Dinner and overnight at hotel.
