Safari Overview
These 12 days and 11 nights tour will unveil the beauties and wonders of the majestic Murchison Falls National Park, also known as Kabalega Falls. This waterfall is found between Lake Kyoga and Lake Albert on the Victoria Nile in Uganda. A number of fun activities like game drives and boat cruises await you, along with a visit to the beautiful Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Queen Elizabeth National Park is located in the western part of Uganda in the district of Rubirizi. It is one of the newly created parks, having been a forest reserve, and it has been a national park since 1995. The park is home to 70 mammal species, most famously 13 species of primates, including the chimpanzee.
You will also encounter 350 bird species while exploring the wonders of the untouched Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
Day 1: Arrival, Pick up from the airport
On arrival, our driver will pick you up for your transfer at the hotel. Accommodation: Fairway Hotel / Kampala Serena Hotel. Meal Plan: Bed and breakfast.
Day 2:Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park – Game drive
Pick up from the hotel to start the journey to Murchison Falls for a fun adventure in the wilderness. There will be a stopover for refreshments you then you will later proceed to Murchison falls and proceed to check into your hotel and rest. At 7pm head for a night game drive and transfer back at around 9pm for dinner and overnight stay. Accommodation: Paraa Safari Lodge / Pakuba safari Lodge

Day 3: Game Drive, Boat Cruise and Visiting top of the Falls
After breakfast, you will start your day with a game drive through Murchison Falls National Park. Here, you will get to see a number of different bird species and animals like lions, buffaloes, Uganda Kob, elephants, and hippopotamuses. These animals are widely spread all over the savannah grasslands, grazing or hunting for prey. This makes the park’s landscape so amazing for game viewing/game driving.
You will head back to your hotel for lunch and then proceed with a boat cruise. While on the cruise, you will sight hippos, waterbucks, crocodiles, buffalos, and elephants. Water birds like fish eagles, ducks, and the shoebill will also be visible. You will lastly head to the top of the falls to enjoy the view of Murchison Falls National Park and the Albert Delta.
You will also enjoy the birds flying over and get a chance to see many butterflies while you enjoy photography. Afterward, you will head back to the hotel to rest and freshen up as you wait for dinner. Accommodation: Paraa Safari Lodge / Pakuba Safari Lodge. Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
After breakfast transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park with a few stopovers along the way as you proceed to Queen Elizabeth national park. Upon arrival, check in the lodge for dinner and overnight stay. Accommodation: Meal plan: Full board basis (breakfast, lunch & dinner)
Day 5: Queen Elizabeth National Park – Chimpanzee tracking & afternoon boat cruise
Early morning breakfast, transfer to Kyambura gorge for briefing in preparation for chimpanzee tracking and after transfer back to the Lodge for Lunch. At 3pm you will head to the Kazinga Channel. During the cruise you will watch abundance of wildlife such as elephants, buffaloes, hippos and crocodiles and many birds including herons, crested cranes among others. After the cruise, transfer back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay. Accommodation: Meal plan: Full board basis (breakfast, lunch & dinner)
Day 6: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Early morning pick up from your hotel; transfer to Entebbe airport to Bwindi Impenetrable national park the home of primates.

Day 7: Experiential game drive
Enjoy your breakfast in the morning, check out of the Lodge and transfer to the park for experiential game drive. After the viewing of the big cats (tree climbing lions & Leopards) transfer back to the Lodge for overnight stay

Day 8: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park– Gorilla Tracking & transfer to Lake Bunyonyi.
You will have an early morning breakfast at 6:30 am. With a packed lunch, you will move to the park headquarters to join other trackers in a briefing about the gorilla trekking rules at 7:30 am. You will trek through thick creepers and undergrowth with your guides to find the gorillas, which can take you 1-8 hours depending on various factors.
The steeply forested landscape is incredibly dense but crisscrossed by numerous animal trails, allowing access by tourists. You will stay with the gorillas for some time once sited, and then your transfer to Lake Bunyonyi will commence. Upon arrival, you will check in at the lodge.
You will return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay. Accommodation: Meal plan: Full board basis (breakfast, lunch & dinner).
Day 9: Lake Bunyonyi – Boat cruise & Cultural encounter.
After a delicious breakfast, you will start of your day with boat cruise here head for the Batwa cultural experience on the shores of the lake and from one point to another while you enjoy professional photography to capture those lasting wonderful memories. You will head back to your hotel for lunch and relax for overnight stay.

Day 10: Transfer to Lake Mburo
Have breakfast and then transfer to Lake Mburo national park – on arrival, check in the hotel
Optional activity – Walking safari / game drive

Day 12: Transfer back to Kampala
After breakfast, you will check out of your hotel and then embark on your journey back to Kampala. Arrival will be late afternoon

Day 10: TFlight back.
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Entebbe.
